About request roles
Every user on a request team has a role.
A user’s role controls what capabilities are available to them within a request.
There are two request roles: “Owner” and “Team member”.
Owner
This role is intended for a primary user who is running and administering a request directly.
Users with this role have:
- Full capabilities on the request
- “Can edit” access for all pages within the request
- The ability to manage other users on the request team
Only users with a “Full user” role at their company can be made an “Owner” of a request.
Team member
This role is intended for a user with limited access who is tasked with managing or responding to a specific, defined part of the request.
Users with this role have:
- Limited capabilities on the request
- Configurable page permissions to control their access to request content
