DeepStream offers many benefits compared with a traditional email-based approach, but we understand using a new system can feel unfamiliar.
This article will help ensure you understand how the bidding process works in DeepStream so you can respond efficiently and with confidence.
Requirements are defined individuallyThe sender of your request will provide a list of individual requirements to be completed as part of your bid, such as a document to be uploaded or a price to be entered. This one-by-one approach allows you to better track your progress, avoid overlooking any requirements, and more easily communicate on specific parts of your bid. |

Each action is submitted immediatelyEvery individual action you save or otherwise confirm as part of your bid through DeepStream is immediately submitted and available to the sender of the request. All progress you make is an immediate step towards completion, which allows for a faster and more efficient bidding process. |

Mistakes can be correctedAny action you’ve already taken can be marked as ‘obsolete’, which indicates that it is no longer applicable and allows you to make a correction. For security and transparency, all of your actions (even obsolete ones) are permanently logged and available to you and the sender of the request in the audit trail. |

Your bid can be withdrawnYou can mark your bid as withdrawn at any moment before the deadline has passed. This informs the sender of the request that your bid can no longer be considered. Again, for security and transparency purposes all of your actions as part of a withdrawn bid (including documents provided) are permanently logged in the audit trail. |
