What is the Help button?
There is a persistent Help button on every page of the DeepStream platform. You can click on this button at any time if you have a question or require support on the platform.
How do you use the Help button?
- Log in to the DeepStream platform. On any page, click the Help button in the bottom right hand corner.
- In the "How can we help?" field, enter a description of the issue or question you have. Enter the number you would like to be contacted on.
- Click Send. A member of our Customer Success team will contact you via email or phone.
Bear in mind
- You can enter as many support requests as you need.
- Entering a contact number is optional, but will enable our Customer Success team to provide immediate support over the phone.
