After the bid deadline is over and you have evaluated all of the documents the bid can be awarded. This means that the buyer can send a message to the winner of the bid and attach any supporting documents.
To award the bid:
- Within the request select the button Award bid
- In the dropdown menu select the name of the company that you chose to award the bid too. (you can award a bid to multiple companies if required)
- In the text field you can type a message for the supplier to receive as well as upload any document as needed
- Once completed click Award and the message will be sent to each owner separately and you will get a confirmation on your screen
