Team Management
The Administrator of a company profile has the ability to change the permissions of any individual user within their company. These permissions fall under the categories of:
- Edit team members - This allows a user to change the permissions for any individual within their company. This automatically is assigned to the Administrator of the company
- Edit company profile - This allows a user to edit the profile for the company which is displayed publicly within the DeepStream network
- Send requests - This allows a user to create new requests and send them out to suppliers in the Sent tab
- Receive requests - This allows the users to respond to requests that come in from buyers in the Received tab
To access and edit the permissions for each user:
- Click Team management in left hand menu bar
- On the My team tab you will see a list of users on your company
- To edit the users permissions click the pencil icon. The Administrator will then be able to check and un-check the permissions that they would like the users to have access to
- To delete a user from the company click the trash icon. To confirm then press Delete user in the pop-up window
